Flying Blue Promo Rewards
Flying Blue Promo Rewards are discounted award tickets offered by the airlines Air France and KLM.
Discounts are generally 25% off the saver-award fare price of select short-haul and long-haul routes that include the Air France and KLM hub airports of Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS).
Promo Rewards are released on the first weekday of every month, and can be booked throughout the month for travel within the month the many months following. For example, Flying Blue released January 2024’s Promo Rewards on Monday, January 2nd, which are available to book throughout January for travel between January 1st and June 30th, 2024.
A few points to keep in mind:
- A Promo Reward discount works in both directions of a route. If there is a discounted reward for the AMS to SFO route, the reward also exists for the SFO to AMS route, and you can book the route as a one-way or a round-trip itinerary.
- A long-haul Promo Reward is applicable to both CDG and AMS. That means if there is a long-haul discounted reward from SFO to AMS, the reward is also available for the SFO to CDG route. And with the earlier point, the reward is also available for CDG to SFO.
- A Promo Reward is the minimum cost in Flying Blue miles you’ll pay.
